Work History

Micah is a US Army veteran who honorably served his country for eight years as a US Army Aviation Officer, which included three overseas deployments. Yearning to return to Texas, Micah moved to the Houston area and worked for a Fortune 500 company as a facility manager and business development analyst. His dedication to improvement and passion for servant leadership enabled his team to receive top tier recognition.

Also, during this time he used the GI Bill to pursue his Master in Business Administration at Texas A&M, Mays School of Business.

In 2012 he moved his family to Keller and began his real estate career. He is currently co-leading a team and helping families meet the goals of home ownership, investment, or relocation. Micah empowers his team to excellence and this year they earned Chairman’s Club Platinum, performing at the top 1% worldwide.

The Young Family

Micah “met” his wife at their 10 year high school reunion. Micah’s battalion was leaving Iraq and he convinced his commanding officer to allow him in the first flight back to home soil. This would allow him to return just in time to make the reunion. They married in 2010 and have two beautiful children Meredith (10) and Colin (8).

The family loves to spend time together exploring National Parks and historic military sites. You can often find him around Keller attending the kiddos softball, baseball, volleyball or soccer matches.  The family’s other passion is food; they enjoy hosting friends and family at home for a meal or trying new restaurants.

Carol Young has a passion for improving lives of patients. She is the Vice President of Strategy for a medical device company advancing the world of health.  She brings roughly 20 years of experience developing high performing teams and establishing a culture of sustainable performance.  She is a loyal, dedicated, and passionate sales leader.
